Candidate Requirement:
?\tMeeting the application teams and gather requirements to integrate the application into Oracle Unified Directory for Authentication/Authorization.
?\tTroubleshooting any issues and deploy bug fixes.
?\tPlan,Prepare and execute Identity conversion across various domain specific OU’s in OUD.
?\tCollaborate with other support teams on Identity conversion from various AD domains to OUD.
?\tMonitors OUD systems for performance and reliability.
?\tJoining the production incident calls and help the team to resolve the issues related to OUD.
?\t6 to 10 years of experience on ODSEE or OUD.
?\tExcellent understanding of enterprise LDAP deployments.
?\tHands on experience in integrating the applications with OUD Directory.
?\tDesign LDAP replication architecture
?\tExcellent understanding of the internet protocols TCP/IP, LDAP/LDAPS, SSL/TLS etc.
?\tExperience on upgrading ODSEE to OUD.
?\tDevelop Self Service tools / monitoring scripts.
?\tExperience working with LDAP ACIs
?\tCustom Schema development
?\tExperience with LDAP load testing tools like SLAMD
?\tExperience with Implementation plans for maintaining, upgrading and modernizing ODSEE/OUD Environments
?\tExpert in Troubleshooting, configuring & managing Oracle Unified Directory and Directory Integration Platform
?\tL3 level experience in OUD
?\tHands-on knowledge in various backup and recovery scenarios of OUD
?\tProblem determination and resolution within SLA’s
?\tShould be able to Perform Root Cause Analysis for the incidents
?\tShould be able to do Capacity Planning
?\tHandle L2+/L3 technical escalations
?\tAbility to acquire new skills & keep them updated
?\tWork with Local & Global Teams
?\tAbility to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems
?\tHands-on exeperience with Linux Operating system
?\t24/7 service support ( rotational support)
