Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to handle international voice and non-voice customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice or non-voice channels (chat/email).
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Eligibility Criteria

• 10+2 / Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with prior experience in customer service / BPO will be preferred.
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Shifts with Weekly Offs)
