Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to handle international voice and non-voice customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice or non-voice channels (chat/email).
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
Eligibility Criteria
- 10+2 / Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior experience in customer service / BPO will be preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Work Details
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Shifts with Weekly Offs)
