Were hiring- Customer Support Specialist
Full-time | $900-$1000 CAD/month | 45 hours/week (7LPA)
Were looking for someone who enjoys solving real problems and talking to customers.
This is a hands-on support role. Youll be helping customers using streaming services and devices, fixing issues, answering questions, and making sure they have a smooth experience.
If you like figuring things out, taking responsibility, and doing things the right way, this role will suit you.
What were looking for
Good understanding of streaming and entertainment devices
(Android boxes, smart TVs, mobile devices, streaming apps)
24+ years of experience in IT support or technical customer support
Clear written and spoken communication
Strong customer handling skills and understanding of customer experience
Someone who takes ownership and follows things through
Important to know
This role needs good judgment and being comfortable with things not always being clearly defined.
You should be open to learning, improving how things are done, and growing with the role.
What youll do
Help customers troubleshoot issues across devices and services
Handle problems end to end, not just reply and move on
Work with the team to improve customer communication and support processes
Keep customer communication and experience calm, clear, and human
