Job Description

Role Overview


We are looking for a dedicated Customer support Specialist who can quickly understand our product and provide timely, accurate responses to client queries. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure uninterrupted support and high client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities


  • Understand the product functionality, workflows, and common issues
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations when required
  • Maintain proper documentation of client issues and resolutions
  • Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with clients
  • Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support


Requirements


  • Good understanding of software / SaaS products (training will be provided)
  • Very good communication skills(verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Basic technical understanding and eagerness to learn
  • Shift:Rotational (24/7 support)
