Hiring: Customer Success & Growth Executive (Remote)


About Trydo School


Trydo School is an online learning platform helping aspiring digital marketers and freelancers build real-world skills and generate consistent income. Through our implementation-driven programs and community ecosystem, we help people move from learning digital marketing to actually getting clients and building sustainable careers.


We are currently looking for a Customer Success & Growth Executive who can support our students while also identifying opportunities to help them upgrade to the right programs that accelerate their growth.


Role Overview


This role is a hybrid between customer success and inside sales. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure students succeed inside our ecosystem while also guiding them toward relevant programs when they are ready to take the next step.


Key Responsibilities


Onboard new members and help them navigate the community and learning platform

Respond to student queries and provide support through community channels

Build strong relationships with members and understand their goals and challenges

Identify opportunities where students may benefit from advanced programs

Handle upsell conversations with existing customers and guide them toward suitable programs

Follow up with inactive members and help them stay engaged in the community

Coordinate with the internal team to improve student experience and retention


Skills & Experience Required


6 months 1 year experience in customer success, inside sales, customer support, or sales roles

Must have prior experience in upselling or cross-selling to existing customers

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable speaking with customers and understanding their needs

Ability to balance support responsibilities with revenue-oriented conversations

Startup mindset and willingness to learn fast


Compensation


Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month + performance-based incentives


Work Mode: Remote role


We prefer candidates based in Hyderabad, as we may have quarterly team meetups (and occasionally monthly meetings if required).
