What Youll Work On
- Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and phone
- Assisting with orders, returns, exchanges, and product guidance
- Resolving complaints and issues quickly while maintaining a positive experience
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback to improve processes
- Supporting the team in improving response templates and workflows
What We Expect
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (other languages a plus)
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
- Ability to handle multiple queries at once while maintaining quality
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM / e-commerce platforms
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred
- Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Who You Are
- 12 years experience in customer support, call center, or e-commerce support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Portfolio of past experience (if applicable) or examples of handling customer interactions
- Quick thinker, solution-oriented, and loves making customers happy
- Someone who enjoys creating processes, improving workflows, and going the extra mile
- Obsessed with delivering smooth, thoughtful, and memorable customer experiences
