About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to assist customers with their loan queries, repayments, and issue resolutions, ensuring smooth and positive interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries.
- Resolve issues related to loans, repayments, and accounts.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with other departments for quick issue resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 02 years of experience in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Salary Range: 12,000 15,000 per month
