Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company communication guidelines and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Requirements:

• Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
