Role Overview:
Bambinos.live is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to assist parents through phone calls, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle parent queries professionally, and a strong commitment to delivering a smooth and positive support experience for learners and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to parents for follow-ups, updates, and support.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to parent queries efficiently.
- Provide timely and professional support via email and chat.
- Guide parents with information related to classes, schedules, and general platform-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve parent concerns when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of parent satisfaction and quality service.
Compensation & Shift Details:
Day Shift
- Salary: INR 25,000 per month + incentives
Shift Options:
- Shift 1: 07:00 AM 04:00 PM IST
- Shift 2: 11:00 AM 08:00 PM IST
Night Shift
- Salary: INR 25,000 per month + incentives + Night Shift Allowance of INR 5,000 per month
Shift Options:
- Shift 1: 04:00 PM 01:00 AM IST
- Shift 2: 10:00 PM 07:00 AM IST
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to interact with parents in a polite and professional manner
- Basic computer skills for handling email and chat support
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
