Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing tasks. Daily activities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and continually improving the support experience through analytical problem-solving and feedback integration.
