Job Title: Assistant Manager Customer Success

Location: Chennai

Nos of Positions: 2


Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring retention and proactive issue resolution.

Conduct daily/weekly client visits, NPS surveys, and performance reviews to optimise ETS delivery.

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., EV fleets, ESG reporting) and collaborate with sales/ops teams.

Handle escalations, coordinate with vendors/drivers, and maintain detailed CRM reporting (Salesforce preferred).

Drive continuous improvement through client feedback, service SLAs, and quarterly business reviews.


Requirements

3-5 years in customer success, account management, or client relations (BFSI/IT/ITES preferred).

Proven track record in mobility/logistics or service industries with high client interaction.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness for local/inter-city travel; proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools.

Bachelors degree; MBA or relevant certification a plus.
