Job Description

Were looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to own the full lifecycle of Bluebeam solutions from presales consulting to post-sales implementation and customer success.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with Sales Teams (Direct/Channel Partner/Enterprise) to deliver impactful demos, POCs, and solution designs.
  • Lead onboarding, configuration, and training for Bluebeam Revu & Studio.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless adoption.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the trusted advisor for AEC/EPC/Manufacturing clients, aligning solutions to business goals.

What You Bring (Essentials)

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or related field.
  • 25 years in presales, technical consulting, or customer success.
  • Strong knowledge of Bluebeam workflows in AEC/EPC/Manufacturing.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Bonus (Desirable)

  • Bluebeam Certification.
  • Experience with BIM, CAD, or Project Management software integrations.
  • Knowledge of Construction/Manufacturing technology trends and digital transformation in AEC/EPC/Manufacturing
