Job Description
Were looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional to own the full lifecycle of Bluebeam solutions from presales consulting to post-sales implementation and customer success.
What Youll Do
- Partner with Sales Teams (Direct/Channel Partner/Enterprise) to deliver impactful demos, POCs, and solution designs.
- Lead onboarding, configuration, and training for Bluebeam Revu & Studio.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless adoption.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Act as the trusted advisor for AEC/EPC/Manufacturing clients, aligning solutions to business goals.
What You Bring (Essentials)
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, Architecture, or related field.
- 25 years in presales, technical consulting, or customer success.
- Strong knowledge of Bluebeam workflows in AEC/EPC/Manufacturing.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Bonus (Desirable)
- Bluebeam Certification.
- Experience with BIM, CAD, or Project Management software integrations.
- Knowledge of Construction/Manufacturing technology trends and digital transformation in AEC/EPC/Manufacturing
