Role Description

This full-time, on-site Customer Success Manager role is based in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will oversee customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing customer needs. The role involves developing retention strategies, building strong client relationships, analyzing customer feedback, and enhancing service delivery. The individual will also play a proactive role in resolving issues, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and promote positive experiences
• Strong skills in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to ensure long-term partnerships and foster client trust
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and identify effective solutions
• Experience in managing accounts and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in customer success, account management, or related fields is a plus
