About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to support creators and businesses using Graphy , our creator-tech SaaS platform. In this role, you will own post-onboarding customer relationships, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term customer retention for our US-based customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships post-onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact
• Drive product adoption by understanding customer goals and ensuring successful platform usage
• Proactively manage renewals, identify account upgrade opportunities, and minimize churn
• Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize value realization
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
• Handle customer escalations with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with SaaS platforms; EdTech experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working onsite during US shift timings
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on outcomes and long-term value
