Role Overview
Your job is simple. Talk to users. Understand them deeply. Bring insights back to the team.
You will spend a large part of your day on calls with parents and users. The goal is to understand how they use BabyBillion, what problems they face, and what we should improve. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, user research, and product feedback.
What You Will Do
User Calls
- Speak with users daily through calls, WhatsApp, or video
- Conduct structured feedback calls with parents
- Understand user behavior, problems, and motivations
Customer Feedback Loop
- Collect and document product feedback
- Identify recurring issues and patterns
- Share insights with product, marketing, and growth teams
Retention & Engagement
- Help users get maximum value from BabyBillion
- Solve user problems quickly
- Improve user satisfaction and retention
User Insights
- Conduct interviews with active and churned users
- Create weekly insights reports
- Highlight key product improvements
Customer Communication
- Manage user conversations on WhatsApp and calls
- Build strong relationships with users
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 4 years experience in Customer Success, Support, or User Research
- Comfortable talking to users all day
- Strong communication skills in Hindi
- Ability to ask the right questions and dig deep into user problems
- Organized with feedback documentation and insights
- Bonus if you have worked in consumer apps, edtech, or startups.
Success In This Role Looks Like
- 100 to 200 meaningful user conversations every week
- Clear insights that improve product decisions
- High user satisfaction and faster issue resolution
- Strong feedback loop between users and the product team
