Job Description

We're Hiring: Team Leader Voice Process

Location: Mumbai

Salary up to : 6lpa Annually.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead a team of customer service agents handling inbound/Outbound calls.
  • Monitor performance, coach team members, and drive results.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Prepare performance reports and ensure SLA compliance.


What We're Looking For:

  • Any Graduate
  • 2+ Years of exp in Bpo
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a Customer Service Process.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
