Role Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their wedding journey
• Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and expectations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction at every stage
• Experience with wedding photography companies or in the wedding/events industry will be a plus
