About the Position

We are seeking an empathetic and communicative client relationship executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong passion for listening, writing and of course, jewellery!

The Ideal Candidate

• Empathetic listener and communicator
• Decent typing speed ( >35 WPM)
• Good command of the English language
• Proactive, patient, friendly and thoughtful

Job Summary

• Job title: Client Relationship Executive
• Job location: On Site - Jaipur
• Working hours: 10:00am-7.00pm - Monday-Saturday (exact times can be discussed)

Roles/Responsibilities - Customer Satisfaction

• Respond to customer communication on the phone, whatsapp, email and social media
• Inform customers on the status of their orders
• Coordinate with product team to evaluate customer requirements
• Keep records of customer interactions

Roles/Responsibilities - Sales

• Call customers with failed transactions to close sales opportunities
• Recommend products to customers if desired products arent ready to ship
• Generate payment links to complete sales opportunities
• Upload products/videos on pinterest and youtube

Salary

3.5 LPA depending on experience
