Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Sector 5, Kolkata for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues related to services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include interacting with customers through various channels, addressing their needs effectively, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions. The role requires strong problem-solving skills to resolve complaints and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and handling customer feedback effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional, empathetic manner
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience in tracking and documenting customer interactions
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software
• Fluency in local languages and English
• High school diploma or equivalent (any additional relevant certifications are a plus)
