Job Description

The ideal candidate should involve talking responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information via live chat and other text- based channels.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Handle several chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and professionalism


Qualifications

  • Candidate should have completed HSC
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • At least 6 months - 3 years of relevant work experience
