Hiring: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai
Reporting to: Sr. Manager Finance and Admin
Shift: Rotational | Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Employment Type: Off Roll | Seat Allocation: Reception
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
Manage customer queries and complaints across multiple channels (in-person, email, phone) with clarity and prompt resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
25 years of experience in customer service, front office, or client-facing roles.
