Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Customer Specialist to join our Ahmedabad team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company ensuring every customer interaction is positive, solution-driven, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat in a professional and empathetic manner
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through effective communication
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
• Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and service quality
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

What Were Looking For

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Positive, patient, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

CTC: 25,000 38,000 per month

Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
