Customer Service Representative

The Dabba Network is a Decentralised Physical Infrastructure Network that is building high speed wireless networks from the ground up in India. We enable humans & machines with internet connectivity at a price that they can afford.

Internet and WiFi are critical to every human. Dabba is building the software, hardware & operating solutions to make internet access ubiquitous & affordable. We believe every household should come with internet, networking, and WiFi; just like water, gas, and electricity, the internet is a fundamental utility.

Unlike traditional internet solutions, Dabba's approach is vertically-integrated across engineering and operations. We design and manufacture our own hardware, develop the entire software stack, and manage our users network.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle incoming queries from partners and customers, providing timely and accurate support.
• CRM Management: Maintain updated records of leads, conversations, and tickets in our CRM or internal tools.
• Coordination: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery.
• Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from partners and escalate recurring issues to the product or tech teams.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or partner management (preferably in ISP/telecom/startup domain).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus).
• Comfort with using CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp-based business platforms.
• Proactive, organized, and self-driven personality.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
