Job Description

Responsibilities

Order Management

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from initial inquiry through to final shipment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor workflow, secure required approvals, and ensure adherence to project timelines.

Communication and Coordination

  • Maintain clear and timely communication with international buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct follow-ups on materials, approvals, sample development, and related project milestones.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and status updates for internal and external use.

Data Management and Documentation

  • Maintain and update production trackers, status reports, order sheets, and shipping documentation.
  • Organize and manage records related to costing, sourcing, sampling, and other operational processes.

  • Proven capacity to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
