Maintaining and updating records of Customer interactions.

  • Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Ability to understand various documents related to sale agreement, sale deed, GPA, POA, Katha documents etc.
  • Facilitate customer for registration and other legal related documentation.
  • MS Office skills Excel , word Power point etc
  • Open to learn and work on AI powered tools to enhance customer experience
  • Follow up on outstanding payment.
  • Interact with financial institutions for documentation.


Additional Skills

  • Familiarity with regulations related to the industry/ Department of Stamp Duty & Registration
  • To Liaison with departments like Account, Legal and Liasioning
  • Process customer accounts and file documents
  • Working on TAT
  • Other works assigned by the senior authorities
