Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Indore. The candidate will oversee customer relationship strategies, address client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring services are aligned with expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to develop and implement customer relationship strategies
- Problem-solving, active listening skills
- Guide parents & students through various processes at catalyseR
- Expertise in Hospitality management to provide a welcoming and efficient environment
- Ability to work well in a team, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Remuneration:
Basic salary range: 3.60 LPA 4.80 LPA plus incentives. Final take-home remuneration will be discussed during the interview.
