Auzori is a young and growing womens footwear brand, and were looking for a smart, enthusiastic fresher to join our team. (www.shopauzori.com)

If youre someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited about building a career in e-commerce, this could be a great opportunity to grow with us.

• Handling customer calls to resolve queries and inquiries (basic English required; Hinglish is absolutely fine)
• Responding to WhatsApp messages and emails in a timely manner
• Order processing and tracking
• Stock management and coordination with the logistics team
• Ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery experience for customers

Quick to learn

Responsible and detail-oriented

Interested in growing within the e-commerce industry

Experience is not mandatory, attitude and willingness to learn matter more.

Youll work closely with the founder and gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations.
