This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Customer Care Representative. The individual in this position will handle inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, provide prompt and accurate assistance, and resolve issues efficiently. The role involves active communication with customers through various channels, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Additionally, this role requires the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to meet customer needs.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-first attitude to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations professionally and efficiently
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customer interactions
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is preferred
