Role: Customer Care Executive (Sales)

Warmly greet customers and provide excellent service
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, offers, and promotions clearly
Focus on achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions using POS system
Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards
Ensure stock availability, tagging, and shelf arrangement
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Support stock counting, inward, and inventory control activities
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards
Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations

Qualification & Skills:

Minimum 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English & local language
Customer-focused, service-minded, and positive attitude
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and festival seasons
Team player with dedication and responsibility
