This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will manage customer communications, provide solutions in a professional and timely manner, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. Additionally, the role involves closely interacting with customers to ensure their needs are met and assisting in driving customer loyalty and retention.
