JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:

1. Technical

• Should have led Architecture engagements in the Full Stack Web Application Development space
• Should have done Full stack application development on either .NET or JS or JAVA full stack

o.NET stack ASP.NET MVC, WebApi, .NET Core, .NET Framework

oJS stack JavaScript, NodeJS and any one front-end JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular/React

oJAVA stack Java and any Java framework like Spring/Spring Boot

oRESTful/SOAP Web Services

oSQL Server, Mongo, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch

oExperience with Containerisation/DevOps frameworks like Docker and Kubernetes

oData Structures and Design Patterns

oBuilt or deployed applications to public or private cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

oPlay an active role in development, code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment activities

2. Non-Technical

• Has worked closely with customer & business stakeholders, business analysts and project managers to design, develop and execute business use-cases
• Has taken part in high level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD)
• Experience handling client requirements and communication directly
• Excellent communication, native thinking & analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

1. Technical

• EAI or designing/developing a distributed systems architecture experience a plus
• Knowledge of API-led connectivity, Microservices, events-based integration a plus
• Experience with a low-code platform or a product is a plus

2. Non-Technical

• Ability to work with abstract problem statements in ambiguous customer environments and work independently and provide technical leadership to our IT team
• Ability to work on solutioning, technical architecture, high-level design and low-level design for web applications and systems integration across custom and low-code stacks

Sample project use case

• Pre-sales & Discovery of a Legacy modernization exercise involving CRM & Core applications for a Telecom giant
• Solutioning & HLD for an evolving start up product leveraging AWS serverless stack with React, Redux, FastAPI, Mongo technologies
• Conceptualize, structure & evangelize building a service offering around Enterprise Integrations

Shortlisting Mandates:

• We want someone who is A/A+ and comes with very good native intelligence & thinking skills
• Been an Architect working with Tech Leads, multiple engineering teams and multiple developers
• Strong communication in English, both oral and written is required
• Strong Analytical and organizational co-ordination skills
