Strong SOP documentation ( document and video) and training skills
SOP implementation (End to End ownership)
Chef / Kitchen Training (Training the team and capability buidling)
SOP compliance and quality control
Performance monitoring and reporting (SOP compliance, training completion status, kitchen performance improvement)
6 to 10 years of experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years experience in : Chef trainer/central kitchen/QSR/Cloud kitchens
Excel and canva knowledge
