Role Description

We are seeking a BCCI Or ICC Certified Coach for a full-time, on-site role at our Delhi, India facility. This role involves leading training sessions for players of various skill levels, developing customized skill enhancement programs, organizing and overseeing indoor leagues, and mentoring aspiring cricketers. You will be responsible for assessing player performance, implementing training techniques, and supporting the development of players technical and tactical cricketing skills. Additionally, participation in community engagement and fostering a positive atmosphere for players and families is expected.

Qualifications

• Expertise in cricket coaching with valid BCCI Or ICC certification.
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement skill-specific and fitness training programs tailored to individual and team needs.
• Experience hosting and managing cricket leagues, tournaments, or events in a professional or community setting.
• Proficient in communication, mentoring, and building camaraderie among players and their families.
• Passion for nurturing young talent and promoting the spirit of sportsmanship and safety.
