| Key roles and responsibilities | ü Developing strategies that will help manage risk and drive growth in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands ü Drive improvements in credit performance by implementing future consumer credit trends to existing credit processes and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis ü Work closely with colleagues across the Company, be it Credit, Product or Operations ü Supplementing conceptual thinking skills must be supplemented by a strong quantitative orientation. ü Strong decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business ü Good written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills ü Drive and execute a plan in an uncertain and fluid environment | ||
| Skills | ü Highly analytical and research-oriented ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills ü Strong knowledge of credit risk analysis/underwriting principles, methods, and practices ü Manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment ü Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate effectively with others ü Ability to approach problems quantitatively and qualitatively ü Attention to details ü Possess strong problem-solving skills (hypothesis-driven thinking, analytical, quantitative, conceptual skills) | ||
