Promoters and Teams are CA, CFA, Ex-Banker, IIM, Ex Big 4, with 20+ years of experience each with experience of closing multiple transactions. Average revenue our promoters & clients are making within range of 50 Cr to 2000 Cr, you will only be talking to Promoters, Founders & the CFO of the Company.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a finance professional with expertise in Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations, Debt Restructuring to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed due diligence, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment
• Structure transactions and collaborate with lenders and investors
• Manage the end-to-end process from sanction to disbursement
• Analyze financial documents including sanction letters, SOAs, and valuation reports
• Prepare Credit Appraisal Memorandums (CAM), financial summaries, and risk reports
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal credit policies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute transactions efficiently
• Consistently achieve targets related to revenue generation, sanctions, and disbursements.

Skills & Abilities:

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
• High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to organizational objectives.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Strong alignment with company values and results-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA (qualified or pursuing).
• Diploma in Corporate Finance is a plus.
