• Create high-performingstatic ads, carousels, and social creatives
• Produce engagingshort-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads)
• Develop motion graphics and 3D elements using Blender
• Edit performance-driven ad creatives (UGC style, product-focused, hooks-first videos)
• Collaborate with marketing team for campaign launches
• Optimize creatives based on performance insights (CTR, hook rate, watch time)
• Maintain brand aesthetics while testing new creative angles

• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects
• Blender (3D modeling & rendering)
• Canva (for quick performance creatives)
• Experience in video editing for paid ads
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong visual storytelling skills
• Good sense of luxury aesthetics (if applicable)

• Experience in D2C / Beauty / Wellness brands
• Understanding of hooks, ad psychology & UGC trends
• Basic animation & motion graphics expertise
• Experience creating 3D product visuals
