At Cybertot, we are hiring for the role of Manager Creative. This is a pivotal role at a critical stage of our journey, where storytelling, design, and visual craft directly influence trust, growth, and adoption.

The role promises massive creative ownership, real-world impact, and the chance to shape how millions of parents experience Cybertotacross product, marketing, and brand touchpoints. No two days will look the same, and thats exactly the point.

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a discussion. This is a full time work from office role, based out of Gurgaon.

Core responsibilities:

• Design Own visual design across platforms including website, app UX/UI, landing pages, email templates, social media, and performance creatives.
• Video Lead video creation end-to-end: concepting, shooting, directing, and ensuring high-quality output aligned with brand and performance goals.
• Editing Oversee and execute video editing for ads, product explainers, social content, reels, and long-form videos.
• Brand Consistency Be the custodian of Cybertots visual language and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaboration Work closely with Growth, Product, and Tech teams to translate business and product ideas into compelling creative outputs.
• Creative Strategy Understand what resonates with parents and translate insights into high-performing creative frameworks.
• Execution Velocity Build systems and processes to ship fast without compromising quality.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in creative roles spanning design, video, and content production.
• Strong command over UI/UX design for web and mobile apps.
• Has personally worked on shooting and editing videos (this is not a pure manager role).
• Understands performance-led creatives and how visuals impact CAC, CTR, retention, and trust.
• Is comfortable operating in a 01, high-ambiguity startup environment.
• Has strong ownership, taste, and an eye for detail.
• Experience with consumer tech, D2C, or parenting/family categories is a plus.
