Creative Head

Dazzle Sportswear is a fast-growing fashion manufacturing brand specializing in sportswear. We operate across B2B, B2C, and ecommerce channels, delivering high-quality apparel with a focus on style, performance, and innovation.

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic individual to lead our brands visual identity, content strategy, and ecommerce presentation. This role will be responsible for driving creative direction across social media (especially reels), product marketing, and website experience to grow brand awareness.

1. Creative Direction & Branding

• Define and maintain brand identity, tone, and visual consistency
• Plan and execute photoshoots, video shoots
• Develop creative concepts for collections and product launches

2. Social Media & Content Strategy

• Plan and execute engaging Instagram reels and short-form video content
• Stay updated with trends and create viral/engaging content ideas
• Manage content calendar and posting strategy

3. Ecommerce & Website Creative

• Improve product page visuals, banners, and overall website look
• Work on conversion-focused creatives for better sales
• Collaborate with developers & designers for UI/UX improvements

4. Team Coordination

• Lead and guide photographers, videographers, and editors
• Coordinate with production team for product presentation
• Ensure timely execution of all creative projects

• 36+ years of experience in fashion, ecommerce, or D2C brands
• Strong understanding of social media trends (especially Instagram reels)
• Experience in creative direction, content creation, or brand management
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms
• Basic understanding of ads and performance marketing
• Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability
