we are looking for a Performance-Focused Graphic Designer who understands that:

Creatives = Revenue

Hooks = CTR

Design = Conversions

This role is NOT for traditional branding designers.

We want someone obsessed with:

• Meta & Google ad creatives
• High CTR thumbnails
• Offer-driven creatives
• UGC-style performance ads
• Testing multiple variations fast

Design creatives that increase CTR, reduce CPA, and improve ROAS.

Design static creatives for:

• Meta Ads
• Google Display
• YouTube Shorts
• Reels

Create:

• Offer creatives (B1G1, B1G2 etc.)
• Problem-solution creatives
• Hook-based ad thumbnails
• UGC-style video overlays
• Comparison creatives

Create 1020 variations per winning ad concept

Work with performance team to:

• Analyze CTR
• Kill low-performing creatives
• Scale winners

Maintain:

• Hook library
• Creative testing sheet
• Performance tracker
