Creative Expert

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Expert with strong experience in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate should be concept-driven, brand-focused, and capable of translating business objectives into impactful creative solutions across digital and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong creative concepts and ideas for brands, campaigns, and pitches
• Contribute to brand strategy, storytelling, and creative direction
• Work closely with client servicing, strategy, and design teams
• Create and review creative outputs including ads, campaigns, digital content, and pitch ideas
• Ensure creative consistency and brand alignment across all deliverables
• Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a creative professional in the advertising industry
• Strong conceptual thinking and idea generation skills
• Good understanding of brand communication and consumer insights
• Ability to work across digital, social, and integrated campaigns
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in fast-paced agency environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in art direction, or integrated creative roles
• Experience in handling client pitches and new business presentations
• Ability to mentor junior creatives
