Whizz HR is hiring for Creative Director n Mumbai :

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership

• Lead and mentor teams across Copy, Design, and Content.
• Drive big campaign ideas from concept to execution.
• Ensure creative excellence across digital, social, print, film, and experiential.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality creative standards.

2. Strategy & Concept Development

• Collaborate with planning and business teams to build campaign strategies.
• Translate client briefs into insightful creative directions.
• Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Art & Copy Oversight

• Guide visual direction (design language, typography, layout, brand aesthetics).
• Refine and elevate copy tone, voice, and storytelling.
• Oversee scripts, taglines, campaign ideas, and digital content.
• Ensure integration of art and copy for cohesive storytelling.

4. Client & Business Collaboration

• Work closely with Account Management to understand client goals.
• Participate in pitches and new business presentations.
• Build long-term client relationships through strategic creative solutions.

5. Innovation & Trend Leadership

• Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural movements, and digital innovation.
• Encourage experimental thinking and fresh creative approaches.
• Introduce new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 812+ years in advertising/digital agencies.
• Proven experience leading art + copy teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns.
• Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience handling large brands and multi-platform campaigns.
