Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative person who will helm the full creative mandate for Scapia shaping the brands visual world, elevating its communication craft, and inspiring a high-performing team of creatives.

This role demands:

  • strong creative instinct

  • leadership across copy, video, social, and design
  • and a deep desire to uplift and refine the brands creative standards across the board

You will partner across teams to bring alive brand narratives, campaigns, category stories, product moments, and social-first ideas with imagination and finesse.

You will be the guiding force ensuring Scapias creative identity is distinctive, consistent, aesthetic, and full of wanderlust.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the Creative Mandate for Scapia

  • Drive the overall creative direction for brand, marketing, social, and product communication.
  • Build and own Scapias creative principles, visual vocabulary, personality, and storytelling aesthetic.
  • Ensure every narrative, design piece, and asset reflects the brands ambition and distinctiveness.

2. Bring Alive High-Impact Creative Concepts

  • Develop strong creative routes, brand ideas, and campaign territories in partnership with marketing and category teams.
  • Translate briefs into ideas that are modern, elegant, emotionally resonant, and crafted with finesse.
  • Combine design thinking, visual craft, copy clarity, and narrative sharpness into compelling creative work.

3. Lead & Grow a Creative Team (810 Members)

  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team copywriters, designers, video editors, and social creators.
  • Build a culture of creativity, experimentation, high craft, and accountability.
  • Guide junior and mid-level creatives with clarity, feedback, inspiration, and structure.


4. Creative Leadership Across Projects

  • Own the creative arc of major projects end-to-end: brief concept design production final delivery.
  • Provide creative direction across brand campaigns, product launches, digital assets, videos, social content, and more.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality execution with sharp judgment and hands-on creative involvement when needed.

5. Elevate the Creative Quotient of Scapia

  • Raise the design, writing, video, and brand communication standards across the organisation.
  • Set benchmarks, build playbooks, and introduce best-in-class practices for visual storytelling and content creation.
  • Push for originality, finesse, modern design language, and consistency across all creative outputs.

6. Craft Excellence Design, Video, and Brand Communication

  • Review and refine creative output with a deep eye for detail layout, typography, colour, copy, transitions, edit rhythm, and narrative pacing.
  • Build a recognisable, elevated creative identity for Scapia across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand communication is sharp, simple, memorable, and aligned with our travel-first ethos.


What Youll Need

  • 8-10 years of experience in brand creative, design, advertising, digital storytelling, or creative leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to think conceptually and visually with proven experience bringing creative ideas to life.
  • Exceptional design sensibility, communication flair, and taste.
  • Experience leading creative teams across functions: copy, design, video, and social.
  • Hands-on understanding of digital-first design, motion/video craft, and integrated brand communication.
  • Ability to translate strategies and briefs into compelling creative narratives.
  • Strong leadership, review, mentoring, and feedback capabilities.
  • A passion for craft detail-oriented, quality-obsessed, and aesthetically sharp.
  • Comfort in a fast-moving, creative, high-autonomy environment.
