Creative Associate

Were a growing fashion startup looking for a young, creative mind who enjoys Instagram, reels, aesthetics, and storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone excited about short-form video content, digital creativity, and brand building, and who wants to grow along with a startup.

What Youll Work On

Creating engaging social media content for Instagram and digital platforms

Developing ad creatives (scroll-stopping visuals and videos)

Shooting and editing:

UGC-style content

Trend-based formats

Brand storytelling videos

Designing posts, carousels, and visual content

Researching trends, formats, audios, and platform behaviour

Assisting with moodboards, content ideas, and creative concepts

Supporting shoots, styling ideas, and execution when required

Collaborating closely with the founder and design team

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

Have a background in fashion communication, fashion design, visual communication, or media

Are a fresher or have 03 years of experience

Have a strong aesthetic and visual sense

Are comfortable using video editing and design tools

Understand Instagram and reels naturally

Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Enjoy startup environments where you can experiment and grow

We care more about ideas, creativity, and attention to detail than big-brand experience.

Work Setup
