Crche In-charge

We are inviting applications for the position of Crche In-charge. We seek a responsible, compassionate, and experienced professional who can provide leadership and ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young children.

Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

• Formal training in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) / Montessori / Early Childhood Education
• A strong belief in the importance of early developmental years
• Ability to manage, guide, and supervise caregiving staff effectively
• Commitment to child safety, well-being, and ethical practices

Qualification:

• Masters / PGD Early Childhood Care & Education (PGECE) / Montessori Training / Child Development or related field.

The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining a well-organized crche environment where care, discipline, and developmental support are provided with consistency and sensitivity.
