Course Designer

We are looking for an academically strong and detail-oriented professional who can lead both creation and quality control across video lessons, exercises, and structured course modules.

The role involves designing complete courses and lesson flows, developing MCQs and interactive assessments, reviewing instructional videos for linguistic and pedagogical accuracy, and ensuring all learning material aligns with our structured 4Line Learning System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating structured course frameworks and lesson plans
• Designing MCQs, listening exercises, and practice modules
• Reviewing video lessons for grammar, pronunciation, clarity, and flow
• Ensuring academic consistency and progressive difficulty levels
• Identifying content gaps and improving learning effectiveness
• Maintaining measurable quality standards across all modules
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent command of Hindi and English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of Hindi grammar and language rules
• High attention to linguistic and instructional detail
• Comfort working with digital platforms and video-based tools
• Ability to quickly learn internal review frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in Hindi language development and learner improvement
