Project Overview

Our retail-sector client is undertaking a three-month initiative to implement the Coupa Sourcing solution across its procurement function. To ensure a seamless and efficient rollout, we are looking to onboard experienced Coupa Implementation Experts who can commit full-time for the project duration of 3-6 months.

Seeking professionals with strong Coupa Sourcing experience, comprising approximately 7080% functional expertise and 2030% technical capability.

Role Objective

Deliver an end-to-end implementation of Coupa Sourcing, including solution configuration, integration support, testing, and deployment, while ensuring alignment with the clients procurement workflows and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the implementation of Coupa Sourcing modules within the client environment.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical configurations.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Coupa Sourcing workflows and functionalities.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT, and cross-functional teams for ERP and third-party integration support .
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and post-go-live support to internal teams.
• Ensure the project adheres to timelines, quality standards, and architectural best practices.

Desired Profile

• 57 years of progressive experience in implementing Coupa Sourcing or broader Coupa Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing lifecycle, and supplier management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with full-time dedication for the project period.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
