Role Objective

The Counselor Executive will play a key role in driving student enrollments by converting inquiries into admissions through structured counseling, consistent follow-ups, and consultative sales communication. The role requires strong persuasion skills, empathy, and a target-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Student Engagement

  • Manage inbound student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and web leads
  • Respond promptly to ensure high lead engagement and conversion probability
  • Maintain professional communication standards across all channels

Counseling & Conversion

  • Counsel prospective students on course offerings, certifications, curriculum structure, and career pathways
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Build trust through consultative selling and personalized guidance

Follow-ups & Sales Closure

  • Conduct structured and timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the decision journey
  • Handle objections confidently with fact-based responses
  • Drive enrollments by closing admissions effectively

Target Achievement

  • Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain high productivity and conversion ratios

CRM & Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate lead status, call logs, and interaction records in CRM systems
  • Ensure proper documentation of counseling notes and follow-up schedules

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Operations team for batch scheduling and onboarding formalities
  • Ensure smooth handover of enrolled students for seamless program commencement


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in Tele-Sales or Inside Sales roles
  • Prior experience in Ed-tech companies or training institutes preferred
  • Fluent verbal communication in Hindi and English
  • Strong target-oriented and performance-driven mindset
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills


Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Experience in student counseling, academic advising, or career guidance roles
