Position Details:

Job Title: Counsellor

Work Hours: 9-hour shifts, including rotational shifts for 24/7 coverage.

Working day: Monday to Saturday

Shift Timings: 9:00pm to 6:00pm/12:00pm to 8:00pm

Responsibilities:

Offer empathetic support and counselling to victims of online abuse.

Understand and assess the nature of the victim's issues, providing

appropriate guidance.

Handle emergency situations, provide immediate guidance, and escalate cases

when necessary.

Educate victims about online safety, prevention measures, and digital

wellbeing.

Maintain confidentiality and offer a safe space for individuals seeking help.

Keep records of counselling sessions and follow up on victim progress.

Requirements:-

Certified in counselling or psychology.

Experience in handling sensitive and high-stress situations

Knowledge of cyber crime, online abuse, and human behaviour is a plus.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, Marathi.

Flexibility to work in a rotational 8-hour shift (as this is a 24-hour helpline).

Ability to provide compassionate, non-judgmental support to individuals in

need.
