As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be an essential part of our Workday technical team, responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of Workday solutionsJob Description
About the Role:
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies
- Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement.
About You:
- 3-5 years of workday Experience in HCM or Finance modules
- 3+ years of strong Workday development experience using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports
- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, vendors) to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
- Strong knowledge on workday Studio and XSLT
- Good Knowledge Workday business process
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues; perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
- Stay updated on Workday releases and new features; recommend and implement improvement
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
