The Role

Were looking for a proactive and relationship-driven CSR Project Manager who can lead programs end-to-end, manage corporate partnerships, and ensure smooth on-ground implementation. Youll work closely with CSR teams, implementing partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and impactful projects.

What Youll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of CSR projects across community development, skilling, and sustainability
• Manage corporate partnerships from proposal development to reporting and long-term relationship building
• Identify new CSR funding opportunities and support the business development strategy
• Coordinate with field teams, NGOs, and government stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop high-quality presentations, proposals, MoUs, and impact reports
• Track project performance, budgets, and compliance documentation
• Represent the organisation in client meetings, reviews, and CSR forums

What Were Looking For

• 36 years of experience in CSR project management, partnerships, fundraising, or social impact consulting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (corporate-facing experience preferred)
• Ability to translate community needs into structured proposals
• Comfort working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience in development sector themes like education, livelihoods, WASH, environment, etc. is a strong plus
• A self-starter with an execution mindset and strong project ownership
